Premium Call Centre Solutions is an Australian Company who provides Virtual Business Services for Small to Medium Businesses. We offer Cold Calling, Warm Telemarketing, Paging Services, Virtual Assistance, Virtual Receptionist and 1300 numbers.

What inspired you to start your business?
We were disheartened when we realised businesses we moving offshore and taking jobs away from future Australians.

What is your business motto, personal mantra or favourite quote?

What advice would you give to others wanting to start a business?
Plan to surround yourself with people who inspire you.

How do you market your business and what works best for you?
Word of Mouth – Referrals has worked best for us

People who I consider to be successful – I have learnt a lot from my clients

What are the best and worst things about owning your own business?
Best

  • You get to meet the most incredible people.
  • You have the opportunity to network with the people who inspire you
  • You are responsible for employing people and making a difference to their lives

Worst

  • You never really “switch off”
  • Your work hours are NOT 9-5pm Monday to Friday
  • You never really take a holiday

What has been your most satisfying moment in business?
Knowing we’ve cemented a business that will employ many future generations

Not trusting my own instinct and relying on others
